Return Policy

We want every piece to feel right in your home. If it does not, stocked items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible returns

  • Unused, in original packaging where practical
  • Accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase
  • Reported within 30 days of delivery

Made-to-order

Custom upholstery and bespoke finishes are non-returnable unless faulty. This is why we send free fabric samples before production begins.

How to start a return

Email studio@impeccify.com with your order number and a short note. We will arrange collection for large pieces or provide a returns label for smaller parcels. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the item arriving back at our workshop.
