Our missionDiscovery
We visit the space, measure everything, and spend longer listening than talking. You leave with a written brief and a realistic budget range.
Concept
Plans, elevations and a physical materials board. Nothing is ordered until you have held the fabrics and seen the room in three dimensions.
Craft
Bespoke joinery and upholstery go into production with our makers. We manage the schedule, the trades and the awkward conversations.
Reveal
We install, style and photograph the finished space, then hand over a care guide for every material in the room.

With a paid discovery visit. We spend two to three hours in the space, measure it properly, and follow up with a written brief and a realistic budget range. If you decide not to continue after that, the brief is yours to keep.
Design fees typically run between 12% and 18% of the total project value, with a minimum engagement of £15,000. Furniture and construction are quoted separately and transparently — we do not mark up trade purchases without telling you.
Yes. Everything in our Models collection is available to buy directly through this site, with no design engagement required. Trade customers can request an account for collection pricing.
Stocked accessories and bedding ship within three working days. Upholstered pieces are made to order and typically take three to six weeks. Every product page lists its own lead time.
We ship to the EU, the United States and the UAE. International orders are quoted at checkout and delivered by a two-person white-glove service including placement and packaging removal.
