A principal bedroom layered in oat, bronze and soft linen, with a bespoke headboard that runs the full width of the room.
This bedroom sits at the back of a converted townhouse and receives strong afternoon light. Rather than fight it, we leaned in — the palette shifts from oat to bronze as the day moves, and the bespoke headboard was upholstered in a linen chosen specifically for how it takes low sun.
Lighting is layered across four circuits: a soft cornice wash, reading lights recessed into the headboard, table lamps for atmosphere and a single dimmable pendant. None of them are ever used at full output.
A gallery wall of collected works — none of them expensive, all of them personal — keeps the room from feeling like a hotel suite.
