Olive Lounge
The project the studio is named for — a deep olive drawing room with woven pendants and a low, generous sofa.
This is the room that set the studio's palette. A deep olive was taken over every surface including the ceiling, which makes a small room feel considerably larger after dark.
Two hand-woven rattan pendants hang low over the seating group, deliberately below eye level when standing, so the room feels enclosed rather than lit from above.
Everything else was kept low and horizontal — a long sofa, a round table at knee height, and no full-height furniture anywhere in the room.
